NOVOLAS TTS Table Top System
The compact NOVOLAS™ TTS laser welding device contains all the components necessary for the laser plastic welding. The laser unit and the processing cell can be set up separately and can thus be used in production with optimum space utilization. Despite the small processing cell, the welding surface measures 100 x 100 mm (3.94 x 3.94 in). The table top welding device is functional in small spaces, easily programmable and affordable.
The NOVOLAS™ TTS is controlled via a mini PLC (programmable logic controller) and programmed with an HMI (human machine interface) software developed by Leister. The HMI transfers the process-relevant data into the system where it can then be stored with reference to a particular project.
