Single flange air heater up to 900 °C
The LHS 410 SF HT (SF stands for Single Flanch, HT stands for High Temperature) is a compact high-temperature air heater from Leister. The maximum air outlet temperature is 900 °C/1652 °F. The LHS 410 SF HT is available in two power classes: 4.4 kW and 5.5 kW. Due to small dimensions and simple assembly, the Leister Singel Flange Air Heater can be easily integrated into existing or newly designed industrial plants.

In addition, the LHS 410 SF HT allows the mounting of existing nozzles (ø 50 mm), which increases its flexibility and adaptability. A solid state relay (SSR), controller (CSS or E5CC) and thermocouple holder provide accurate, air temperature-dependent power control of this Leister air heater. This allows the heating process to be optimally controlled and the output to be individually adjusted. The LHS 410 SF HT is used in industrial applications with high temperature requirements.
